Mildred Romaine Mildred Marie Romaine age 99 of Russellville died Monday, July 29, 2013 at Mitchells Nursing Home. She was born August 27, 1913 at Mistletoe, West Virginia to the late Kerrie and Edna Hayman Cabell. She was a member of the Eastern Star and she loved to dance and sew. She was preceded in death by her parents; one brother, Harley Cabell; husbands, Douglas Harley and Clifford Romaine. Survivors include two children, Richard Harley and wife Elaine of Prescott Valley, Arizona, Douglas Harley and wife Lucille of Russellville; one sister, Dede Hortman of SanDiego, CA; four grandchildren; seven great grandchildren; three great great grandchildren; one nephew and three nieces.
