Muriel Josephine "Mel" Harris age 81 of Danville passed away Sunday, April 17, 2022 at Chambers Memorial Hospital.

Mel was born May 23, 1940 in Schenectady, New York. She was the daughter of Raymond & Charleta Prouse Martinelli.

She was preceded in death by her parents; son, Karl Radcliff; and

son-in-law, Bobby Joe Solly.

Survivors include her husband of 50 years, Jerry Harris; children, Kurt & Debra Radcliff; Kelly & Charles Short; Keri Solley all of Danville; sister, Marcy McNellis of Medford, Oregon; grandchildren, Michelle & Eddie Harper; Johnny & Brittany Gibbs; Tonya & Angie Short; Nathan & Brandy Gibbs; Ashley & Justin Hughes and Alex Radcliff; numerous great-grandchildren; one great-great-granddaughter and a host of family and friends.

Family will have a memorial service at a later date,
