Myrtle Faye Jones Tillery age 99 of Hollis passed away Sunday, March 24, 2024 at Heartland Rehab and Care Center in Benton.

She was born December 11, 1924 in Steve, Arkansas to the late Samuel Thomas & Myrtle Harderber Jones. She was a retired poultry farmer and a member of the Steve Church of Christ.

She was preceded in death by her husband Clyde Tillery; sisters, Bertie Aldridge, Hazel Crawford, Violet Overby, Thelman Bankston, Reba Marshall and Geneva Crawford; brothers Laudell Jones and Otis Jones.

Survivors include her daughter, Sandra Madison of Bryant; son, Donald Tillery and wife Ruth of Hollis; grandchildren, Darrin Tillery and wife Shelby of Hollis; Dane Tillery & wife Kate of Florida; Geoffrey Tillery of Hollis; Stephanie Merritt            of Hot Spring; great-grandchildren, Gage Tillery of Hollis, Briar Tillery of South Dakota, Skylar Tillery of Florida; and her beloved nieces and nephews.

She loved working in her flower garden, going out eating at KFC and Western Sizzling with her sisters and she loved to go to antique stores, she also loved quilting and fishing.

Graveside service will be 2:00pm Thursday, March 28 at the Nooner Cemetery in Hollis. Officiating will be Bro, Alex Crowder and Bro. Marty Satterfield. Visitation will be 1:00 to 2:00 pm before the service at the cemetery.

Pallbearers include Darrin Tillery, Dane Tillery, Geoffrey Tillery, Jerry Sims, Benny Jay Crawford and Colby Luker.

Honorary pallbearers include Ronnie Crawford, Kenneth Crawford, Dean Crawford, Gage Tillery, Noel Marshall, and Cliff Luker.
