Nancy Jo Doak age 56 of Havana, passed away Tuesday, April 7, 2015 at Arkansas Hospice River Valley in Russellville. She was born February 3, 1959 in Little Rock, AR. to the late Joe & Dollie Capps Miller. She was a L.P.N. She was preceded in death by her parents. Survivors include her husband Ronnie Doak; children, Erika Stroud and Josh Stroud both of the home; sisters, Jackie Salazar of Farmington; Tina Martin of Van Buren; and Pam Cox of Oklahoma.
