Nathan Lee Bloxham, 43 of Plainview, died Wednesday, March 9, 2016 at Plainview.

Nathan was born July 31, 1972 in Monahans, Texas to Johnny Lee & Sheila Shaffer Bloxham. He was a welder. He was preceded death by his mother.

Survivors include his father, Johnny Bloxham of Plainview; several aunts, uncles and cousins.

Pallbearers include Bentley Smith, Bobby Smith, Paul Bair, Paul Miller Jr., Todd Phillips, Michael Dean Smith, Billy Don Storment, Lynn Mann and Nick Mann

Graveside service will be Wednesday, 2:00 p.m. at Salem Cemetery, Plainview.

Arrangements are by Cornwell Funeral Home, Danville.
