Nelda Leda Philpot, age 76 of Russellville, passed away Saturday, June 24, 2023 at her home. She was born September 11, 1946 in Appleton, Arkansas to the late Troy Williams and Ima Lee Williams. Nelda was a graduate of Arkansas Tech Nursing School. She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband, Jim Philpot Sr.; her son, Tracy Philpot and a great grand daughter, Whitley Grace Freeman.

Survivors include her three children, Darla Eckhardt (Chris) of Waukomis, Oklahoma, Jim Philpot Jr. of Russellville, Steven Philpot of Russellville; brothers and sister, Bill Williams of St. Louis, Missouri, Larry Williams of Visalia, California, Kay Best of Visalia, California, Scott Williams of Visalia, California; nine grandchildren and three great grandchildren.

Memorial services will be held at 10:00A.M., Thursday, July 6, 2023 at Cornwell Funeral Chapel in Dardanelle.
