Norman Carter

Norman Charles Carter age 61 of Russellville died Sunday, June 18, 2017 at his home. He was born October 18, 1955 at Ward, ND to the late Winford Monroe and Faye Annette Purrington Carter. He loved fast cars, The Seattle Seahawks and The Arkansas Razorbacks. He was preceded in death by his parents.

Survivors include his wife, Candice Carter of Russellville; three children, Shanna Carter of Tacoma, WA, Zachary Carter of Russellville, Dalton Carter of Dardanelle; three sisters, Wanda Graves of Russellville, Jeri Carter of Morrilton, Becky DeLatorre of Moses Lake, WA and two grandchildren, Jaelynn Carter and Korianna Carter both of Tacoma, WA.

A private family memorial service will be held Friday, June 23, 2017.

In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to Arkansas Hospice, 2405 East Parkway, Suite 3, Russellville, Arkansas 72802.
