Norman Clark Robinson age 74 of Birta passed away Thursday, January 2, 2014. He was born March 6, 1939 in Birta, AR to the late James Arch & Sarah Inez Hambright Robinson. He was retired maintenance for Deltic Timber in Ola and he was a 32 degree Mason at Petit Jean Lodge #298 Ola. Preceded in death by his parents, brothers Joe T. Robinson and John Paul Robinson. Survivors include his wife of 53 years June Brixey Robinson; children and spouses, Lisa & Troy McConnell of Birta; Mike & Pattie Robinson of Birta; Dale Robinson of Birta; Kelly & Chris Brown of Birta; brothers, Fay Robinson of Little Rock; Jim & Dot Robinson of Birta; 8 grandchildren and 1 great-grandson. Funeral service will be 10:00 a.m. Saturday, January 4, 2014 at the Danville Cornwell Funeral Home Chapel with Bro. Bruce Swanson officiating. Visitation will be 9:00 to 10:00 a.m. before service at the chapel. Burial will be at Birta Cemetery. Pallbearers include Paul Robinson, Phil Robinson, Brad Faulkner, Brad Clay, B.C.Rankin and Brett Faulkner. Honorary pallbearers include Benny Faulkner and B & C Lease.
