Patricia Wilkerson
Patricia Smith Wilkerson age 43 of Lexa, Arkansas died Monday, November 30, 2015 at Helena Regional medical Center. She was born May 4, 1942 at Helena to the late Bill and Florence Hurburt Smith. She loved fishing and being a caregiver. She was preceded in death by her parents.
Survivors include her fiancé, Henry Biggs of Lexa, Arkansas; one son, Codey Wilkerson of Cabot; two daughters, Melissa Hollingshead of Russellville, Patricia Hoosier of Russellville; father of her children, Billy Joe Wilkerson of West Helena and five grandchildren.
A family conducted memorial service will be held at later date.
