Patsy Ann Cofield (nee Keith), age 75, of Russellville, went to be with the Lord on the 27th of August, 2017.  Pat was born in Menard, Texas on October 28, 1941 as the fourth child (second daughter) to Lonnie Dean Keith and Rachel Lou Keele.  She grew up around Texas and raised her family in Cypress, TX before retiring to Russellville, Arkansas in 1987.

She is preceded in death by her parents, six brothers, and her daughter, Leslie Jean Cogill and is survived by six children:  Donna Sue Pflughaupt and husband Wayne of Katy, TX; Lori Ann Randle and husband Thomas of Dardanelle, AR; Whitney Blaine Phillips and husband Trevor of Willow Springs, MO; Kathy Dee Lewis of Fort Smith, AR; Patrick Aaron Cofield and wife Tammy of Conroe, TX; and Donald Ray Cofield, Jr. of Lamar, MO; 24 grandchildren, 43 great-grandchildren and 2 great-great grandchildren.  She also survived by her brother Bobby Gene Keith of Abilene, TX, sister Barbara Ellen Johnson of Brush, Colorado, and Debbie Lynn Henry of Brenham, TX.  Also left to mourn are many nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
