Patsy Jean Heflin age 81 of Briggsville passed away Tuesday, May 28, 2024 at Arkansas Heart Hospital.

Patsy was born May 16, 1943 in Lonoke, Arkansas to the late Chester Boyd & Syble Marie Floyd George. She was a member of the Centerville Assembly of God Church. She was a Gospel Singer and Sunday School Teacher.

She was preceded in death by parents, and brother, Jerry George.

Survivors include her daughter, Amy Freeman; step-children, Kathleen Taylor and David Freeman; and many foster children; sisters, Betty Bly and Teri Dale; brother, Bill Reece Dale (Paulina); grandchildren, Carolyn, Elizabeth, and Aryana; step-grandchildren, Ian and Faye;              and one step-great-granddaughter.

Funeral service will be 2:00 pm Monday, June 3, 2024 at the Ola Freewill Baptist Church with Rev. John David Keeling officiating. Visitation will be 1:00 to 2:00 pm before the service at the church.

Burial will be at Sandlin Cemetery.

Pallbearers include Robert George, Jeffery George, Aidan Lewis, Danny Fowler, Dalton Burfield and Kenneth Ivey.

Honorary pallbearers include Michael Morris, Jared Dale, Donovan Renouf, Derik Renouf, and Bridger Dale.
