Patsy Carolyn Helton age 79 of Russellville passed away Saturday, October 10, 2020 at Arkansas Hospice River Valley Home in Russellville. She was born May 7, 1941 in Booneville, Mississippi to the late Henry McAnally and Lee Gibson McAnally. She was of the Pentecostal Faith and a member of the VFW in Russellville. She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband, Robert W. Helton; one son, Gary White; two brothers and three sisters.

Survivors include her three children, Glenda S. Gray, Rhonda G. White, Richard A. Thomas; fifteen grandchildren and twenty great grandchildren.
