Patsy VanVleet

Patsy N. VanVleet age 74 of Dardanelle died Thursday, August 18, 2016 at Arkansas Hospice River Valley Home. She was born May 18, 1942 at Birta to the late Thomas and Ruby George Via. She loved sewing, quilting, fishing and spending time with her family, especially all of her grandbabies. She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband, Don VanVleet; five sisters, Theda Via, Betty Sullivan, Deb Eldridge, Ilene Eubanks, Sue Hance; four brothers, Norbin Via, Bobby Via, Bud Via, Donald Via.

Survivors include two children, Alan Ray Jackson (Sharon) of Casa, Pam Brixey (Randy) of Russellville; one sister, Kathleen Freeman of Ola; four grandchildren, Jennifer Williams (John) of Pottsville, Josh Jackson of Casa, Jacob Brixey of Russellville, Jerrick Brixey of Russellville; three great grandchildren, Kinsey Williams, Kamden Williams both of Pottsville, Miley Jackson of Casa.

Funeral services will be held at 2:00P.M., Saturday, August 20, 2016 at Cornwell Chapel in Dardanelle. Burial will be in Birta Cemetery. Visitation will be held Saturday, 1:00P.M. to 2:00P.M. at the chapel prior to the service.

Pallbearers will be Josh Jackson, Jacob Brixey, Jerrick Brixey, John Williams.
