On the day of our Lord, March 10th, 2024, Patsy Marie (Black) Waters, of Dardanelle Arkansas, completed her life-long service to her Lord and Savior, and now stands next to Him in all His glory and rejoices.

Born December 3rd, 1950 in Morrilton, Arkansas to the late Cecil Black and Ila Ledford. She is preceded in death by her brothers Royce and Don Black, Husband Carl Waters, and Granddaughter Victoria Waters. She is survived by her two siblings, Patricia Standrige of Dardanelle, AR and Gary Black (Cindy) of Russellville, AR, along with her sons Scott Waters (Donna) of Fayetteville NC, Carl Waters Jr (Christy) of Roland, AR, and Nicholas Waters of Dardanelle, AR. Ten grandchildren, many nieces, nephews, countless great grandchildren, and unlimited friends in this journey of life that she blessed with every sweet interaction.

"Momma" never met a stranger. She met opportunities to be kind, to spread the gospel, and to give unconditional love to anyone in need.

Her love and joy is irreplaceable, and she will be sorely missed by all.

Memoria services will be held at 2:00P.M., Friday, March 15, 2024 at Cornwell Funeral Chapel in Dardanelle.
