Paul Ernest Gilbert age 64 of Danville passed away Tuesday, January 21, 2020 at Chambers Memorial Hospital.

He was born November 2, 1955 in Fort Smith, Arkansas to the late Ernest Labam & Betty Ann Dedmon Gilbert. Paul was an Army Veteran and he worked for Wayne Farms Feed Mill.

He was preceded in death by his parents, and grandson, Johnathan McMillen.

Survivors include his wife of 37 years Carol Gilbert; children, Dennis & Melissa Powers of Clarksville, Tennessee; Michelle Wheeler of Mt. Ida; Glen Powers of Danville; Christopher & Connie Gilbert of Barlett, Tennessee; Johnathon Gilbert of Broken Arrow, Oklahoma; Monty & Tracy McMillen of Greenwood; sisters, Susan Miller of Cleveland, Texas; Kimberly & Larry Clemmer of Fort Smith;, Donna & Sam Warren of Fort Smith; grandchildren, Andrew Powers, Anastasia Powers, Bindi Wheeler, Alise Gilbert, Zachary Gilbert, Chasiti Brewer, Xavier Carpenter, Sean Gilbert; 4 great-grandchildren and a host of nieces, nephews family and friends.

Honorary pallbearers include Sam Warren, Terry Moore Sr., Thomas Akin, Xavier Carpenter, Chad Warren, Michael Miller, Jeff Wilson, Kevin Wilson, T.J. Wilson and Wayne Farm Feed Mill.

In lieu of flowers: Arkansas Heart Hospital, Children Hospital, or St Judes.
