Paul Toomer Paul "Candy Man" David Toomer age 55 of Russellville died Tuesday, March 24, 2015 at Saint Mary's Regional Medical Center. He was born August 14, 1959 at Aurora, Colorado to the late Ray Freeman and Elsie Mae German Toomer. He was a handyman and everyone called him candy man. He tossed candy to all his neighbors at the Glenwood House. He was preceded in death by his parents. Survivors include his three children, Bethany Ferrell of Mtn. Home, Daniel Toomer of Mtn. Home; Jason Fiedler of Russellville; brothers, Nick Toomer of Oklahoma, Phil Toomer of Colorado; sisters, Cindy Savin of Oregon, Deborah Toomer of Minnesota; five grandchildren and a host of nephews and nieces. A family celebration of his life will be held Saturday, March 28, 2015, 4P.M. until 7P.M. at the North Forty Club in Russellville.
