Paula D. Cook age 47 of Russellville died Tuesday, July 19, 2016 at Mercy Hospital in Fort Smith. She was born April 15, 1969 at Dardanelle to Wendell Earl and Glenna Pearl Talkington Cook. She was a 1987 graduate of Hector High School and earned her Bachelor's Degree from Arkansas Tech in Business/Finance. She was preceded in death by her brother, Jeff Cook.

Survivors include her parents, Wendell and Glenna Cook of Russellville; one son, Vincente Eubanks and wife Desiree of Russellville; one brother, Bucky Cook of Hector; two grandchildren, Dillon Eubanks, Jazmyne Eubanks; nephews, Justin Cook (Lacy) of Denver, CO, Dustin Cook (Jana) of Dardanelle; great niece, Hallie Cook of Little Rock and one uncle, Ronald Talkington of Russellville.

Funeral services will be held at 2:00P.M., Friday, July 22, 2016 at Cornwell Chapel in Dardanelle with Rev. Charley Casto, Rev. Shane Kasper and Rev. Tony Haley officiating. Burial will be in Rock Springs Cemetery in Hector. Visitation will be held Thursday, 6:00P.M. to 8:00P.M. at the chapel.

Pallbearers will be Brenden Barnes, Vince Eubanks, Justin Cook, Anthony Keeling, Steve Gist, Doyle Fowler.

Honorary Pallbearers will be Kim Douglas, April Gill, Rhonda Bowden, Paula Enos, Lisa Birginske, Marjie Walker, Lesa Crowell, Arline Coatney, Tonya Parks, Elaine Hall.
