Penny Hart

Penny Elaine Hart age 67 of Danville, went to her heavenly home on Saturday, April 28, 2018. She was born January 7, 1951 at Warren, Ohio to the late John D. and Dolores K. Scott Grantz. She loved to read and write books and short stories. Penny was president of Tri-City Writers Guild and worked for the American Cancer Society. She was preceded in death by her parents, one sister, four brothers, one grandchild and one great grandchild.

Survivors include her daughter, Kathleen VanPelt (Gary); adopted daughters, Tracy Bailey (Bruce) and Teresa Stoner; three sisters, Beth McDuff, Edna Uhran (Bob) and Carol Daniels (Dale); one brother, Michael Grantz (Linda); six grandchildren, Samantha Maynard (Josh), Theron Bloom, Wayne VanPelt, Jessica Riedel (John), Bridgett Matassa (Peter), Dylan Shade and eleven great grandchildren; father of her children, Ray Hart and nephew, J.T. McDuff.

Visitation will be held from 6:00P.M. to 8:00P.M., Tuesday, May 1, 2018 at Cornwell Funeral Home Chapel in Dardanelle. Memorial Service will be held 2:00 P.M. Wednesday, May 2, 2018 at Cornwell Funeral Home Chapel.
