Philip Lee Kramel, age 62 of Russellville, passed away Monday, January 8, 2024 at Conway Regional Medical Center. He was born August 1, 1961 in Kansas City, Missouri to William Lee Kramel and Eleanor Cox Kramel. He loved driving his truck and playing solitaire. Philip was a lifelong trucker. He was a dedicated driver for 40 years hauling a variety of product, most recently for Tyson Foods in Russellville, AR. There is not a highway or byway he didn't know. He was like a walking atlas. Before coming to Tyson, Philip worked for REC Transport Wood Chips and More in Russellville, AR. Philip was preceded in death by his grandparents, William Lewis Kramel (Ella) of Blackwater, MO and Frank Cox (Pearl) of Cozad, NB.
Survivors include his wife of 15 years, Peggy Kramel; his parents, William and Eleanor Kramel; three children, Laura M. Kramel of Boonville, MO, Ashley N. Roach (Justin) of Boonville, MO, Caitlyn Kramel of Boonville, MO, Dawn Ramsey (Robert) of Midlothian, TX, Darryl Chandlee of Mexico, MO; one sister, Kathy Rose Hartman (Doug), and twelve grandchildren, Eva, Hunter, Kamdyn, Justin Jr., McKenna, Tessa, Amber, Megan, Caitlin, Nolan, Maggie and Kael and one great grandchild, Trevor of Denver, CO.
