Phillip Eugene Lievsay known to his friends as Nugene age 75 of Dardanelle passed away Saturday, February 28, 2026 at Dardanelle Nursing and Rehab Center. He was born December 4, 1950 in Delaware, Arkansas to the late John Lievsay and Essie Foster Lievsay. He was a member of the Arkansas National Guard and a retired brick mason for over 30 years. He was an avid hunter and fisherman who loved the outdoors. He was a very happy, fun loving guy who always had a story to tell. Phillip was preceded in death by his parents.

Survivors include his wife, Linda Dollar Lievsay; three children, John Lievsay (Cricket Canton), Jamie Brewer, Leigh Savoie and four grandchildren, Michael Brewer, Morgan Faye Brewer, Lily Savoie and Emmett Canton.
