Phyllis Jo Awalt age 66 of Dardanelle, passed away Friday, February 14, 2025 at NW Regional medical Center in Springdale. She was born December 14, 1958 in Russellville, Arkansas to the late Joseph Pfeifer and Marilyn Mobley Pfeifer. Phyllis loved gardening and going thrifting. She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband, Clay Awalt and her daughter, Jennie Swilley.

Survivors include her son, Jozf Awalt (Ray); step mother, Peggy Pfeifer; one sister, Polly Watson (Jerry); one brother, Phillip Pfeifer (Melissa); numerous nieces, nephews, other family and her dog, Daisy.
