Phyllis Marie Patton "Mrs. Mammy" age 75 of Belleville passed away Sunday, November 5, 2023 at Baptist Medical Center in Little Rock.

Phyllis was born February 8, 1948 in Arkansas to the late Ernest & Rena Barnett Garner. She was a member of the Upper Spring Creek Freewill Baptist Church, and she retired from Western Yell County School after 40 years. She touched countless lives of students over her 40 years of teaching.

She was preceded in death by her parents and son, Mike Patton.

Survivor include her husband of 56 years Harlon; daughter-in-law, Juanita Patton of Belleville; brother, Cledy Pollard; sister Lana & Clif McMickle of Plumerville; sister& brother-in-law, Bill & Patricia Loyd of Belleville; granddaughters, Maddie & Dalton Keys of Belleville; Laken Patton of Belleville; and great-granddaughter, Maya Clare.

Memorial service will be 10:00 am Thursday, November 9, 2023 at the Upper Spring Creek Freewill Baptist Church.
