Pledger Ball

Pledger Ball age 82 of Danville passed away December 15, 2018 at his home. Pledger was born May 26, 1936 in Belleville, Arkansas to the late Arthur Albert "Dee" and Victoria Mae Pledger Ball. He was a member of the Danville First Baptist Church and Arkansas National Guard. Pledger was an avid hunter, fisherman the state domino champion. He was preceded in death by his parents; two brothers, J.T. Ball and Tooter Ball and one sister, Geraldine Howard.

Survivors include his wife of 56 years Thelma Pendergraft Ball of Danville; three children, Monty Ball (Pam) of Branch, Michael Ball (Lori) of Russellville and Sidney Ball of Danville; one brother, Bob Ball (LaVern) of Fort Smith; five grandchildren, Jillian Swain (Blake), Matthew Ball, Benjamin Ball (Andrea), Emily Ball and Caleb Ball.

Funeral service will be 2:00 P.M. Monday, December 17, 2018 at the Danville First Baptist Church with Chaplain Don Erwin officiating. Visitation will be from 1:00 P.M to 2:00 P.M prior to the service. Burial will be in Russell Cemetery.

Pallbearers will be Keith Laney, Lance Garner, Caleb Ball, Matthew Ball, Benjamin Ball and Brent Montgomery.
