Ralph Leo Head age 74 of Atkins died Monday, September 24, 2018 at the VA Hospital in Little Rock. He was born September 28, 1943 at Norfork, Arkansas to the late Leo and Dorothy Patterson Head. He was a member of the Pottsville Assembly of God Church and was a United States Army Veteran. He was preceded in death by his parents; two sons, William Head, Gerald A. Head; one daughter, Brenda Bonds; one granddaughter, Victoria Head and one sister, Marcella Sheets.

Survivors include his wife, Jeanitta Vaughn Head of Atkins; one daughter, Betty Kuykendall and husband Shannon of Van Buren; one brother, Gerald L. Head and wife Cherry of Atkins; seven grandchildren and ten great grandchildren.

Funeral services will be held at 10:00A.M., Friday, September 28, 2018 at the Pottsville Assembly of God Church with Rev. Robin St. Clair officiating. Burial will be in Brearley Cemetery. Visitation will be held Thursday, 6:00P.M. to 8:00P.M. at the chapel.
