Randal Sipes Jr Randal Gene Sipes Jr age 29 passed away April 16, 2012 at his home in Dardanelle. The son of Stephanie Wood Carter and Randal Sipes Sr, he was born January 2, 1983 in Riverside, California. He graduated from La Sierra High School and was registered for the fall semester at Arkansas Tech University. He enjoyed fishing, music, and video games, but most of all spending time with his family and friends who loved him dearly as "Uncle Buddy", "RJ" and "Randalodeon". He was preceded in death by his mother, Stephanie Wood Carter; Father, Randal Sipes Sr. and his step mother, Sharon Sipes. He is survived by his daughter, Leah Sipes and wife Shanessa Sipes both of Riverside, California; sisters, Wendi Royall (Mike Schmid), Kathryn Gates and husband Shawn of Dardanelle, Korri Sipes of Texas; step sisters, Jamie and Jesse Carter of Texas; brother, Thomas Timney of California; step brothers, Dana and Devon Carter of Texas; sister-in-law, Barbara Timney of Dardanelle; step father, Rick Carter of Massachusetts and multitudes of beloved nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles and cousins. An informal celebration of Randal's life will be held at Merritt Park in Dardanelle at 12:00P.M. on Saturday, May 5, 2012.
