Randy Lynn Phillips age 79 of Dover, passed away Thursday, April 30, 2026 at Baptist Health in Conway. He was born February 19, 1947 in Danville, Arkansas to the late Ashley Phillips and Opal Applegate. Randy loved riding and training horses, fishing and going to the casino. He was preceded in death by his parents.

Survivors include his wife, Stacey Phillips; two children, Randy Phillips II, Jason Phillips (Eva), and numerous grandchildren, great-grandchildren and family and friends.
