Ray Hunt age 92 of Havana died Tuesday, November 25 at Oak Manor Nursing Home in Booneville. He was born October 2, 1922 in Gravelly, Arkansas to the late Thomas and Hallie Hunt. He was a WWII Army Veteran, a painter and a member of the Havana Assembly of God Church. He was preceded in death by his wife, Claudia Parker Hunt, sons, Charles Hunt and Parker Hunt, a daughter, Brenda Moeller, two grandsons, Gregory Charles Hunt and Thomas Scott Hunt. Survivors include daughters and sons-in-law, Helen (Jim) Coots of Van Buren; Anna (David) Thornton of Bella Vista; son-in-law, Jim Moeller of Bella Vista; daughters-in-law, Mary Hunt of Bentonville and Wanda Hunt of Danville; 12 grandchildren and 21 great-grandchildren. Services will be Friday, 10 AM at the Havana Assembly of God Church with Rev. Bob Caldwell officiating. Burial will be in Union Hill Cemetery. Visitation will be held after the service.
