Rebecca Jane Phillips Wilson, 91, of Dardanelle passed away Monday, February 19, at the Dardanelle Nursing Home. Rebecca was born February 7, 1927, in Dardanelle, the only child of George and Reba Cornwell Phillips. She was a graduate of Dardanelle High School, Arkansas Polytechnic College, and the University of Arkansas. She married Charles Leroy Wilson of Lonoke on January 14, 1951, in Dardanelle. She was preceded in death by her parents and her husband.

She is survived by two sons, Charles "Chuck" Wilson (LaJean) of Danville and Steven Wilson (Lynn) of Greenbrier; four grandchildren, Chip Wilson (Alison) of Springdale, CaraJean Wilson Loyd (Matt) of Russellville, Beth Wilson Norwood (Richard) of Conway and Katie Wilson McNew (Brandon) of Greenbrier; five great grandchildren, Cash Wilson, Will Wilson and Mick Wilson of Springdale, and Ty and Tess McNew of Greenbrier.

Visitation will be held at Cornwell Funeral Home Chapel in Dardanelle from 6:00P.M. to 8:00P.M. on Tuesday, February 20, 2018 and funeral services will be held at Cornwell Funeral Chapel in Dardanelle at 2:00P.M., Wednesday, February 21, 2018 with Bro. Jim Benfer officiating.

Pallbearers are Brinson Cornwell, Johnny Cornwell, Gilbert Cornwell, Thomas Ray Cornwell, David Cornwell and Jim Bailey.
