Richard Charles Clifton age 61 of Danville passed away Wednesday, December 3, 2025 at Chambers Memorial Hospital.

Richard was born February 24, 1964 in Athens, Georgia, to John & Drenda Prickett Clifton. Sr. He was an Army Veteran and a retired truck driver.

Richard's heart was bigger than life, as we all know and he rarely met a stranger. Richard was one of a kind and cannot be replaced nor forgotten, he will forever live in our hearts.

SHe was preceded in death by his brother, John Clifton Jr.

Survivors include his wife, Brenda Brady; parents John & Drenda Cliffton; brother, Steven & Cathy Clifton; sister, LaDonna Womack & Mike; several nephews, nieces, special friends, Matt Ford, Lacey Anderson and many other special friends he considered family.

Funeral service will be 2:00 pm Saturday, December 13, 2025 at the Dardanelle Cornwell Funeral Home Chapel. Visitation will be 6:00 to 8:00 pm Friday, December 12, at the Cornwell Funeral Home in Dardanelle. Burial with Military Honors will be at the Brearley Cemetery.

Pallbearers include Todd Spencer, Todd Blankenship, Matt Ford, Ryan Gault, Josh Hessman, Timmy Loyd, and Samuel Gillespie.
