Richard Thomas Fryar age 74 of Treat, passed away Thursday, July 2, 2026 at Bonneville Hospital. He was born November 27, 1951 in Dumas, Arkansas to the late Namon Thomas Fryar and Gene Morene Hutcherson Fryar. Richard loved fishing, hunting, farming, napping in his chair and just piddle dicken around. He was preceded in death by his parents; and two brothers, Gerald Wayne Fryar and Ronnie Lynn Fryar.

Survivors include his wife of 57 years, Kathy Darlene Tidwell Fryar; three children, Steven Joe Thomas Fryar (Reba), Richie Lee Thomas Fryar (Amber), Joshua Tyler Thomas Fryar (Michelle), siblings, Linda Banks (Bobby), Billy Charles Fryar (Teresa), Judy Guyton; grandchildren, Courtney Fryar, Devan and Larry Anderson, Shane and Ashley Fryar, Breanna Condley, Emz and Logan Lawler, Erin and Kansas Varner, Ashlen Goodwin, Joseph and Whitney Fryar, Tyler Fryar, Kelsie Hill, Xander Bousum; great grandchildren, Benjamin Runion, Brody Fryar, Kamari Garcia, Lawrence Anderson, Braxton Fryar, Nova Smith, Tyreke Smith, Carter Fryar, Laney Anderson, Lance Anderson and many friends, nieces and nephews.

Visitation will be held Tuesday, 5:00P.M. to 7:00P.M. at Cornwell Funeral Chapel in Dardanelle. Funeral services will be held Wednesday at 2:00P.M. at Conwell Funeral Chapel in Dardanelle with Johnny McCoy officiating.

Sons, grandsons and granddaughter will serve as pallbearers.
