Richard Dean "Dick" Gililland age 67 of Bluffton passed away Sunday, September 22, 2013 at his home. He was born February 8, 1946 in Springdale, Arkansas to the late William "Bill" & Margie Rhoades Gililland. He was a Air Force Veteran; past school board member for Fouche Valley School; a member of the Briggsville Fire Dept. Board. He loved fishing, hunting and spending time with family and friends. He was preceded in death by his parents; and nephew Dennis Gililland. Survivors include wife Joan Gililland; daughters & sons-in-law Laura & Jody Garrison of Russellville; Amber & Todd Garner of Ranger; sons & daughters-in-law, Richard & Kennan Gililland of Dallas, TX; Jess & Sandra of Bluffton; 9 grandchildren; brothers & sisters-in-law Billy & Nancy Gililland of Huntsville, AL; Don & Sharon Gililland of Danville; Jerry & Julie Gililland of Belleville ; sisters & brothers-in-law, Patsy & Bill Franklin of Parks; Shirley Grabtree of Hot Springs; Jan & Bob Schillinger of Hot Springs; several nieces & nephews. A Celebration Service will be 2:00 pm Saturday, September 28, at the Lighthouse Christian Center with Rev. Dan Oslan officiating.
