Rickey Dale Millikin, age 66 of Clarksville, went to be with the Lord, Thursday, November 2, 2023 after a 4 year battle with kidney disease. He was born April 4, 1957 in Morrilton, Arkansas to the late Helen Fridell. He loved his family, fiancé and friends very much, loved watching westerns, the Andy Griffith Show and Lighthouse Church Services online when he couldn't attend. He believed in the Lord Jesus Christ and had accepted the Lord as his Savior. Rick had many friends and loved ones and he retired as a truck driver after 30 years of driving. Rickey was preceded in death by his mother, Helen Fridell; son, Todd Millikin and his grandparents, Cecil and Martha Fridell.

Survivors include his fiancé, Tamara Reynolds of Clarksville; his son and daughter-in-law, Scott and Julie Millikin of Russellville; two brothers, Keith Cothren or Moore, Oklahoma, Jeff Cothren; one grandchild, Haley Henderson of Russellville and three nieces, Taryn "Nikki" Heck, Candace Ramsey, and Deidre Cothren.

Rick preferred not to have a service, but family and friends will be planning a Celebration of Life get together at a later date.
