Ricky Don Starbuck age 61 of Dover, passed away Thursday, August 13, 2026 at UAMS in Little Rock. He was born August 10, 1965 in McKinney, Texas to Virginia May Starbuck. He was preceded in death by his dad, Dana Jones Sr. and his brother, “Dee” Dana Jones Jr.

Survivors include his wife, Tina Starbuck; his mother, Virginia May Jones; three children, Ricky Starbuck Jr. (Ashlie), Justin Starbuck, Desiray Starbuck; his siblings, Peggy Gunderson, Thomas Erwin, Regina Wiederhold (John “Rusty”) and eight grandchildren, Bryer, Remedy, Kit Kat, Buddy, River, Evelyn, Aurora and J.J.

A family conducted memorial service will be held at a later date.
