Rita Lynn Chambers age 64 of Russellville died Sunday, January 21, 2018 at Sparks Medical center in Fort Smith. She was born September 23, 1953 at California to the late Willard and Ruby Treadwell. She loved watching movies, the Dardanelle Sand Lizards and drinking her chocolate milkshakes. She was preceded in death by her parents; two great grandsons, Johnathon Duncan, Logan Bobo and her loving dog Buddy.

Survivors include her four children, Julie Randall of Russellville, Bryan Chambers and wife Casey of Russellville, Mark Pace and wife Sabrina of Russellville, Ben Pace and wife Brittany of Dardanelle; two brothers, Ricky Treadwell, Craig Treadwell both of Morrilton; nine grandchildren; two great grandchildren.

Visitation will be held Wednesday, 5:00P.M. to 7:00P.M. at Cornwell Chapel in Dardanelle.
