Robert "Bob" M. Anderson age 89 of Rover passed away Thursday, August 2, 2018 at Chambers Memorial Hospital.

Bob was born November 29, 1928 in Rover, Arkansas, to the late James E. & Sarah Jane Gladden Anderson. He was an Army veteran and a farmer. He was a member of the Fisher/Law VFW Post 8525 Plainview. He was a former school board member for Two Rivers School.

He was preceded in death by his parents; infant brother, Eugene Anderson; brother, John D. Anderson; sisters, Jimmie Brannon and Ella Mae McCool; nephew, Jim McCool; cousin and business partner, Ruby Anderson.

Survivors include his nieces, Jeania Anderson Johnson and Beth Anderson both of Rover; nephews, Chuck & Kathy McCool; Tom & Kim McCool all of Rover; Judd Mann of North Little Rock; Lynn & Deedee Mann of Ola; Randy Anderson of Rover, Neil & Deanna Anderson of Rover; great-nephew and nieces, Miranda McCool, James McCool, Brittany McCool, Wesley Ballew, Regina Ballew, Jerina George, Nickolas Mann, Brianna Mann, Ana Marie Mann, Grant Mann, Jacob Anderson, Zoey Jane Anderson.

Funeral service will be 2:00 pm Monday, August 6, 2018 at Hunts Chapel in Rover. Visitation will be 6:00 to 8:00 pm Sunday, August 5, at the funeral home. Burial will be at Hunts Chapel Cemetery.

Pallbearers include Steve Tingle, Zack Tippin, Charles Tate, Lynn Mann, Randy Anderson, and Brad Rose.

Honorary pallbearer will be Reno Romanin, Joe Dishongh, Ron Beam, David Richardson.
