Robert Flatt Jr. Robert James Flatt Jr. age 46 of Dover left to be with his Lord on Thursday, September 17, 2015. He was born June 10, 1969 at Southbend, Indiana to Robert James Flatt Sr. and Helen Burnett Freeman. He was preceded in death by his father, Robert James Flatt Sr. Survivors include his mother, Helen Freeman of Dover; two brothers, Michael Flatt, Tony Freeman both of Dover; one sister, Bonnie Bunting of Rogers; three nephews and one niece. A family conducted Celebration of Life will be held at 10:00A.M., Friday, October 2, 2015 at the Fellowship of Christians Church.
