Robert "Bob" Hartsel Parks age 83 of Scranton passed away Tuesday, April 27, 2021 at his home. He was born September 25, 1937 in Prairie View, Arkansas to the late William Buford and Burnice Graves Parks. He was a member of the Clarksville Church of Christ, Arkansas Army National Guard and a retired dairy farmer.  He was preceded in death by his parents; brother, William "Mac" Parks and one sister, Frances Laverne Parks.

Survivors include his wife, Addie Lea Robinson Parks; one sister, Mary Alice Watson of Edmond, Oklahoma; six nieces, Becky Walderbach (Scott), Phylis Frye (Jonathan), Mittie Greening (Bruce), Ona Dunlap (Bruce), Leah Lee (Shannon) and Lydia Reif (Bill); seven great nephews, four great nieces; one great-great nephew and a host of other family and friends.

Funeral services will be held 2:00 PM Friday, April 30, 2021 at Cornwell Funeral Home Chapel in Dardanelle with Bro. Jake Chism officiating.  Visitation will be held from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM before the service.  Burial will be in Graves Cemetery at Delaware.

Pallbearers will be Bruce Greening, Bruce Dunlap, Corbin Greening, Quade Greening, William Walderbach, Dillon Linscott.

Honorary Pallbearers will be Tim Moffet, Robert Walderbach, Fidelis Wolf, Alan Tritt, Joey Koch and Shannon Lee.
