Robert Lee Manes age 85 of Russellville died Saturday, September 10, 2016 at his home. He was born September 28, 1930 at Danville to the late James Henley and Eva Evelyn Smith Manes. He was a United States Navy Veteran of the Korean War. He loved bowling, fishing and reading. He was preceded in death by his parents and three sisters, Mildred Pearson, Sue Ball and Rene Hawkins.

Survivors include his children, Bob Manes (Lynne) of Arizona, Lisa Lauer (Scott) of Dardanelle; three brothers, Quentin Manes of California, Ken Manes (Faye) of California, Ralph Manes of California; one sister, Jeanie Brister; six grandchildren, Briana Gurney of Russellville, Robb Manes of North Carolina, Paul Manes of Arizona, Travis Lauer of Dardanelle, Corey Lauer of North Carolina, Kyle Lauer of Dardanelle.
