Robert Glen Mott (Glen) 78, of Havana, AR, died peacefully Saturday, May 6th, 2017, at Arkansas River Valley Hospice House in Russellville, AR.

Glen was born on February 7th, 1939, in Havana, AR, to Robert Roy Mott and Gladys Brewer Mott. He was a proud lifelong resident of Yell County.

He is preceded in death by his parents, his brother Ray Mott, nephew Barry Mobley, father in law & mother in law Fonzo & Beulah Tidwell, and brothers in law, Lloyd Tidwell & Ted Stroud.

Glen was a graduate of Havana High School Class of 1957 and a veteran serving in the US Army in Germany from 1961 to 1963. Glen was retired from Wayne Poultry, Arkansas Highway Dept., and Cornwell Funeral Homes. He was a member & elder of Western Yell County Church of Christ.

Survivors include his wife of 55 years, Norma Tidwell Mott; daughter, Rhonda Mott Bolls (Bob) of Little Rock; son, Robert Glen Mott Jr. (Sherri); grandsons, Jacob (Claire) Mott, Tyler Mott, Dalton Mott & Carson Mott of all Lafayette, LA; sister, Pebble Mott Mobley (Adrian) of Havana; niece Christy Mobley Urrutia of Fort Smith; sister in law, Brenda Tidwell Stroud of Russellville, and many dear friends too numerous to mention.

The family will receive friends at Cornwell Funeral Home in Danville on Monday, May 8th from 5 p m to 7p m. A celebration of this good man's life will be Tuesday, May 9th,     2 p m at Western Yell County Church of Christ with Brother John McCourt officiating. Burial following at Moore's Chapel in Waveland.

Pallbearers: Travis Pence, Matt Taylor, Roy Hodges, Andy Tackett, Gary McCourt, Eddie Browning, Daryl Wiseman, and Kevin Darbee.

Honorary pallbearers: Roy Underwood, Joe Cathey, Dave Berge, Jimbo Rodgers, James Pendergraft, and Brad Martin.
