Robert Stanley Ratka, age 49 of Dover, passed away Tuesday, June 20, 2023 at his home. He was born February 14, 1974 in Centerville, Illinois to the late Chester and Shirley Ratka. He loved his dogs. He was preceded in death by his parents.

Survivors include his wife of 15 years, carol Ratka; two children, Danielle Lawrence, Shamber Brannon; one brother, Chester Ratka Jr.; one sister, Carol Ratka-Setterfield; five grandchildren and his two dogs, Marley and Cali.
