Robert L. "R.L." Winsett age 67 of Belleville, passed away Sunday, July 13, 2014 at V.A. Hospital in North Little Rock. He was born September 23, 1946 in Danville, Arkansas to Robert Lee & Reba Mae Yates Winsett. He was an Army Veteran, and a retired carpenter. He loved hunting and watching basketball games. He was preceded in death by his father; and sister Louise Gates. Survivors include his mother, Reba Winsett of Belleville; aunt, Stella Terry of Belleville; step-children, Connie York of Belleville; Gary Baskin of Russellville; and a host of cousins, nieces, nephews and friends.
