Rodney Keith
Tilley
October 9, 1963 – June 15, 2023
Rodney was born in DeQueen, Arkansas but lived as one of the best electricians in Dallas TX. He spent his time with family and his bbq grill. As a hard working man he taught many young men and helped them to the careers they have today. He was a conservative man, who spent his last few days trying to convert his liberal daughter and took pride in the fact that his son understood the right way.
He leaves behind his children: Tanner (Dallas) and Chastity (Russellville), his grandkids: Daylee, Kayla and Ethan. He also leaves behind his parents: Patsy (Gainsville) and Ray (Cove) and a handful of brothers: Mike, Eddie (& Sandra) and Tim (& Frankie), maybe more.
He was loved by many and will be missed dearly, maybe even by a few ex-wives. He joins the love of his life DeAnna in whatever plane is next, so we know he is happy. We will continue to try to make him proud in ours.
A memorial will be held for him Saturday July 8th 3pm to 6pm at Clay Mathis Park Pavilion, 2181 Clay Mathis Rd Mesquite TX. Then the family will have a private time to scatter his ashes. The family is grabbing a few buckets of chicken, you can bring something if you like but obviously not necessary. Please let the family know if you plan to attend by TEXTING 479.264.3234. Also this is Texas and outdoors, he wouldn't want us all dressed up and melting.
