Rubin Henry Williams age 84 of Danville, passed away Thursday, May 06, 2015 at River Valley Medical Center in Dardanelle. He was born July 22, 1930 at Rocky Crossing Community to the late Chester and Lizzie Williams. He retired from the US Forrest Service Government. He was preceded in death by his son R.H. Williams; daughter Lisa Williams, grandson, Wade Dillon Williams, son-in-law Gary Russell; brothers, Leroy (Bill), and Virgie Clifton (Kip) Williams; sisters Edith Hudson and Maxine Johnston. Survivors include his wife of 64 years Reba Sue Hunt Williams; son, Ronnie & Janet Williams; daughter-in-law, Loretta Williams; daughters, Jan & David Laster; Kathy Russell; grandchildren, David Alan and Heather Laster; Nicole and Paul Young; Andrea and Josh Pitts; great-grandchildren, Caitlyn and Caleb Laster; Dallas Ann Young and Ryder Pitts; brother, Larry Williams; sisters Ina Gibbs Simmonds; Darlene and Roger Owens; a host of cousins nieces and nephews. Funeral service will be 10:00 a.m. Saturday, May 9, 2015 at the Mount Pleasant Primitive Baptist Church with Bro Neal Preston and Bro. Jackie Allen officiating. Burial will be at Egypt Cemetery. Visitation will be 6:00 to 8:00 p.m. Friday, May 8 at the Danville Cornwell Funeral Home Chapel. Pallbearers include Lewis Horn, Opal Don Horn, Stacy Fowler, Austin Jacobs, Lowell Reece and Henry David Damon.
