Ruby Darlene Larsen, born October 17, 1946, passed into the Heavenly realm with her Lord and Savior Jesus Christ April 10, 2022 at the age of 74 years. Darlene; as she preferred to be called was born to John Walter Scott and Ruth Elizabeth George in Abilene, Texas. Darlene was a longtime native resident of San Antonio, Texas where she lived from 1979 until 2008. Her current residence for the past 14 years has been in Dardanelle, Arkansas, where she lived with her beloved sister Reba Dennis. Darlene is preceded in death by both her parents, John and Ruth; longtime partner Dan David Jackson; and great grandson Vincent Alucard Cross.

She is survived by her siblings, Paul Richard Scott of Madera, California; Reba Dian Dennis of Dardanelle, Arkansas; Judy Ann McKinney of Amarillo, Texas; Robert Scott of Amarillo, Texas; her children, Kimberly Danene Ramirez of Elmira, New York; Dana Sue Rodriguez (Joe) of San Antonio, Texas, Anthony Gilbert Leal (Candy) of Amarillo, Texas; her    grandchildren, Danene Kyra Rodriguez (Ben), Justine DeeAnn Cross (Anthony), Nathan Dakota Negrete, Solomon Shawn Negrete, Kristin Joy Merritt (Brendan), Luke Anthony Leal, Mia Leal, Nichole Leal, Owen John Paul Leal, Paxton Leal; and great grandchildren, Serenity Eva Rodriguez, Grace Kyra Rodriguez, Jenova Billie Cross, Mary Jane Rose Merritt and Blake Merritt.
