Ruby Jewell Rutledge age 85 of Belleville passed away Friday, August 19, 2016 at River Valley Hospice in Russellville.

Jewell was born August 30, 1930 in Dardanelle Arkansas to the late Theodore "Theady" & Laura Ethel Bellar Rheuark. She was a mother and homemaker. She was preceded in death by her parents, husband, Jessie J. Rutledge.

Survivors include her daughters & son-in-law, Janice & George Morris; Joyce Rutledge all of Belleville.

A memorial service will be held at a later date.
