Ruth Ann Catlett, 76, of Rover, AR passed away on February 23, 2019 in Danville AR.

Ruth was born in Grand Haven, MI on July 25, 1942 to the late Jessie Bernice Morgan Marshall and James Frazier Marshall.
Ruth was a retired food inspector for the USDA, and she loved her family. Ruth was preceded in death by her parents, her son, Jay Dee Catlett, grandson, Chad Catlett, her brothers James, Richard, and Lawrence Marshall, her sister Gail McKenny, and her husband of 35 years, J.D. Catlett.

She is survived by her son, John Catlett of Briggsville, AR, daughters Joan Level of Plainview, AR, and Sheila Haney of Denison, TX, brother, Frank Marshall of Omaha, Nebraska, grandsons Dustin Catlett of Dover, AR, Brandon Catlett of Greenbrier, AR, and Cyler Wilhelms of Rover, AR, granddaughters Brittany Elliott of Hot Springs, AR, Beverly Catlett of Rover, AR and Malisa Tjarks of Tomball, TX, 10 great-granddaughters and two great-grandsons.

The family will hold a private memorial service.
