Sabra Ann Troutman age 64 of Pottsville died Wednesday, January 11, 2017 at River Valley Medical Center in Dardanelle. She was born February 1, 1952 at Dover to the late Bill Eugene and Elsie Lee Kennedy Eubanks. She was a member of the Dardanelle Missionary Baptist Church. She loved arts and crafts and especially making cards. She was preceded in death by her dad, Bill Eubanks; her mother, Elsie Lee Turner; one brother-in-law, Kenneth Williams.

Survivors include her father, Paul Turner of Oppelo; one son, Dan Conley (Robbyn) of Michigan; one brother, Ken Eubanks (Donna) of Delaware; one sister, Billie Williams of Russellville and three grandchildren, Alexander Goodrich, Krystal Conley and Benjamin Conley all of Michigan.

A family conducted memorial service will be held at a later date.
