Sally Holmes Sally Lou Holmes age 85 of Casa died Tuesday, May 26, 2015 at Hillcrest Home in Harrison. She was born August 28, 1929 at Perry County, Arkansas to the late Robert Lester and Ollie Luttrell Parks. She was of the Baptist Faith and a home maker but most of all she was a mother and a grandmother. She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband, General J. Holmes; one daughter, Benita Holmes West and son-in-law, Bobby West; one son, Gerald Holmes and two brothers, Clarence Parks and Robert Amos Parks. Survivors include two daughters, Anita Litsey and husband Larry of Mississippi, Denita Fitch of Casa; one sister, Theresa Alexander of Atkins; seven grandchildren and seven great grandchildren. Funeral services will be Friday at 2:00P.M. at the chapel. Burial will be at Needmore cemetery a later date. Visitation will be held Thursday, 5:00P.M. to 7:00P.M. at the funeral home. Pallbearers will be Jim Elliott, Andy Elliott, Mike Surrett, James Harvey, Lucas Harvey, Dewayne Wise. Arrangements are by Cornwell Funeral Home in Dardanelle.
