Sally Cecelia Stoops age 80 of Russellville died Tuesday, February 26, 2019 at Stella Manor Nursing and Rehab Center. She was born April 29, 1938 at Escondido, California to the late Edward and Elizabelle Alvarado Durate. She was a San Pasqual Tribe member in California and she was preceded in death by her parents; one brother, Joe and one sister, Deloris.

Survivors include one son, Edward Roark and wife Gretta.

Funeral services will be held at 10:00A.M., Thursday, March 7, 2019 at the Russellville Christian Center. Visitation will be held Tuesday, 5:00P.M. to 7:00P.M. at Cornwell Funeral Home in Dardanelle. Burial will be in McFadden Cemetery in Dover.
