Sammy Davis Walton Jr. age 67 of Atkins, passed away Saturday, August 15, 2026 at his home. He was born December 23, 1958 in LaMesa, Texas to the late Sammy Davis Walton Sr. and Laura Jane Teal. He was preceded in death by his parents; brothers, Allen and Randy Walton; sisters, Donna Johnson, Wanda Martin; great nephew, Christopher Gillum and great great nephew, Iris Essman.

Survivors include four sisters, Debra Walton, Glenda Meeks, Laura Lee (Tim), Fannie Warner (Brian) and one brother, Larry Walton and several nephews and nieces.

A celebration of Life Service will be held at a later date.
